After reviewing the ED Submission and obtaining any necessary revisions, the ROW attorney will submit the ED package to OAG.

OAG is solely responsible for acquiring the property through legal means once in possession of the file. TxDOT should coordinate with OAG regarding the recommended timing of the suit and the desired possession date of the property interest. Any needed revised forms should be submitted to and reviewed by the ROW attorney for submittal to OAG.
