All parcels donated to the state must be appraised by acceptable appraisal standards. Forms and may be used by qualified staff for uncomplicated parcels, and forms and for all other parcels. Parcels whose value is estimated in excess of $10,000.00 must be appraised by a state-certified fee appraiser, unless the landowner waives his/her right, in writing, to an appraisal.
