In cases where no practical options exist, the District Engineer may enter into an agreement with an adjacent property owner to deposit soils; the use must be limited to soil, concrete and other inert materials. Items such as sweeping debris, limbs, brush, stumps or other work-related waste, if not properly disposed of on TxDOT right of way must be taken to landfills authorized to accept the material.
