Section 5: Lease of Right of Way
Requirements
TxDOT may lease highway right of way if it is not needed for
highway purposes. Any person desiring to lease highway right of
way should submit a written request to lease to the district engineer. The
procedures are outlined in Texas Administrative Code, Title 43
.
