Seal Coat and Surface Treatment Manual
has been revised to bring it up to date with current policies, practices and terminology. Chapter 3 Section 3 has been updated.
Changes
Chapter 3 Section 3: Adds guidance on bicyclist considerations for seal coat aggregate size.
