Purpose
The
Pavement Manual
 was updated to include a new pavement structural design category, pavement preservation. Information was also added relating to soil k values.
Contents
Chapter 2 – Section 7: Pavement design category added. Caption added to figure 2-10 concerning pavement preservation. Section 7.3 added.
Chapter 8 – Section 3: Adds sentence to section 3.2.7 regarding soil k values.
