RMD 102 Form – Request for Authority to Dispose of State Records

The   Form – Request for Authority to Dispose of State Records is used for items such as records series not identified on the TxDOT Records Retention Schedule. Or for records destroyed accidently or prematurely before their retention expires due to physical deterioration or natural catastrophes.
