14.3 Intersection Analysis/Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE)
Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) is a data-driven, performance-based framework and approach to objectively screen intersection alternatives and identify an optimal geometric and control solution for an intersection. Several tools and documents are available to aid in assessing the eligibility of an intersection for alternative intersection consideration. Refer to
