ProjectWise & Standard Folder Structure

Beginning with January 2024 let projects, all Construction Project records will be stored in ProjectWise and follow a Standard Folder Structure. The folder structure should be built as part of the activation process by the District Construction Office.
The original folder structure should not be altered or modified.
If additional folders are needed, they can be added as subfolders to the existing structure i.e. subcontractors, general correspondence, pay items, etc.
  • A list of where subfolders can be created, if needed:
  • 1.1 for AFA
  • 1.3 Subcontractors
  • 2.3 DBE
  • 2.7 General Correspondence
  • 4. Estimates
  • 5. Change Orders
  • 6.1 Pay Item Support
  • 6.2 Materials (Bulk Materials & Form 2806)
  • 6.3 Schedules (TIA and monthly updates)
  • 6.4 RFI
  • 6.5 Meetings
  • 6.6 Shop Drawings
