(CMG) to the extent TxDOT enters into best value contracts for goods and services. TxDOT’s contracts relating to highway construction or highway engineering, as well as contracts subject to Texas Transportation Code Section 201.112, are exempt from the Contract Advisory Team review and will be handled in accordance with the Texas Transportation Code, and consistent with the CMG whenever possible.
