Overview

There are four steps for processing a Utilization Plan in DMS:

Step 1:
TxDOT CIV - Releases UP to Prime Contractor

Step 2:
Prime Contractor – Adds Subcontractor(s) to the UP

Step 3:
DBE Subcontractor - Confirms Participation

Step 4:
TxDOT CIV Compliance – Reviews the UP
