Loop 1604 - short list

On March 22, 2013, TxDOT announced the short list of the most qualified teams to compete for the Loop 1604 Western Extension Project Design-Build contract. Below is a listing of the teams, along with the major equity members, that will be invited to submit a detailed proposal.
