US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement - comprehensive development agreements

On April 30, 2015, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded Flatiron/Dragados USA, JV to enter a comprehensive development agreement for the US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement Project as shown in the Texas Transportation Commission meeting presentation.
