Sandoval Promoted to McCulloch County Maintenance Supervisor

BRADY – The Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) Brownwood District is pleased to announce the promotion of Jerry Sandoval to maintenance section supervisor for McCulloch County.

Sandoval has served as interim maintenance supervisor since Sep. 1, 2018.  As maintenance supervisor, he oversees TxDOT’s maintenance and emergency management activities on 297 miles of roadways in McCulloch County, including important corridors such as US Highways 87, 190, 283, and 377 and State Highway 71.  He supervises a staff of 12 employees based at this TxDOT facility.

Having been employed with TxDOT’s McCulloch County Maintenance Section for 23 years, Sandoval has held many positions, including maintenance technician, crew chief, assistant maintenance section supervisor, and interim supervisor prior to this recent promotion.  Sandoval will officially begin his new role on March 1, 2019.

Sandoval and his wife have a son, twin daughters, and one granddaughter.  He enjoys spending time with family, camping, and being outdoors.
