|Purpose:||The Waco District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) invites interested citizens to attend a Rural Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, to discuss the district’s Project Development Plan and Schedule for Transportation Projects in fiscal years 2017 through 2020.
The 2017 - 2020 Waco District Rural TIP is a four-year list of proposed roadway and transit projects receiving federal funds in rural Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hamilton, Hill and Limestone counties. TxDOT officials will accept comments from the public regarding the plan and give the public the opportunity to comment on any other transportation projects.

TxDOT will accept written comments for consideration on its Fiscal Year 2017 through 2020 Project Development Plan, until Friday, June 3, 2016, at this address.
Project listings and maps will be available for review at the meeting. Persons needing language interpreters or other special communication needs, or persons with disabilities who have special accommodation needs and who plan to attend this meeting should contact Liz Bullock, at 254-867-2751, at least five working days prior to the meeting. TxDOT will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these needs.
