Online Comment Opportunity - Lubbock District 2021-2024 Rural TIP Revision
Purpose:
TxDOT's Lubbock District is conducting outreach to provide the public with an online comment opportunity for the proposed revision to the 2021-2024 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (Rural TIP). An in-person or virtual public meeting is not scheduled; however, the public is encouraged to view project information and submit comments about the revision by Friday, Jan. 22, 2021.
Description:
The purpose of the online comment opportunity is to receive comments on the revision to the 2021-2024 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (Rural TIP) for the Lubbock TxDOT District. The project that will be affected by the revision include CSJ 0168-02-032, US 60, Parmer County, construction of a new bridge.
The 2021-2024 Rural TIP meeting(s) was held in the spring pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comment concerning the program. As a continuation of the public involvement effort, the online comment opportunity will offer the public a chance to comment on the revision to the previously presented Rural TIP.
The public is encouraged to view this online information and provide input regarding the proposed revision(s). Written comments may be submitted online, emailed, or mailed. If mailed, written comments must be received or postmarked by Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, either in person or by mail to TxDOT, Attn: TPD Rural TIP at 135 Slaton Hwy, Lubbock, TX, 79404-5201. Comments can also be submitted by email. TxDOT will be accepting comments about this project until Friday, Jan. 22, 2021.
