Where:	Second Baptist Church - North Campus 22770 US 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339	When:	Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010 6 p.m. - Exhibit Viewing 7 p.m. - Presentation
Purpose:	To present the proposed design and results of the environmental studies for improvements to Loop 494 from Kingwood Drive to Sorters-McClellan Road.
Description:	Improvements would consist of: Widening and improving the existing 1.3-mile facility from a two-lane roadway to an urban, four-lane divided highway Additional right-of-way is not required.
