The purpose of the public meeting is to present proposed improvements to US 62/180 (Montana Avenue), from Global Reach Drive to FM 659 (North Zaragosa Road), and gather input from the public. The meeting will be an open house format so citizens may come and go at their convenience. English and Spanish speaking staff will be on hand to answer questions.
Special accommodations: TxDOT makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The meeting will be conducted in English. If English is not your primary language and you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, you may need an interpreter or document translator, one will be provided to you upon request. Please be aware that advance notice is requested as some accommodations may require time for the Texas Department of transportation to arrange.Written comments from the public regarding this project are encouraged. Comments may be submitted either at the Public Meeting or in writing within 15 days after the meeting. Comments must be hand delivered or post marked on or before Thursday, April 27, 2017 to be included as part of the public record.
