Public Hearing - Darrington Road

Purpose:

The Texas Department of Transportation invites the public to participate in a public hearing regarding the Darrington Road Widening Project. The area of Darrington Road under consideration is from Alberton Avenue to 200 feet south of LTV Road. An open house will be from 6-7 p.m., to allow for questions and review of project exhibits. A formal presentation will begin at 7 p.m.

Description:

The proposed project would accommodate the addition of two 12-foot-wide travel lanes (one lane in each direction), 12-foot-wide left-turn lanes, a varying width raised median, 5-foot-wide bicycle lanes in each direction and continuous 5-foot-wide sidewalks in each direction along Darrington Road within the project limits.
