Notice of Final Environmental Assessment Available for Public Review for Kenney Fort Boulevard Segments 2 & 3
Purpose:
Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 43, §2.108, this notice advises the public that a final environmental assessment is available for public review for the proposed Kenney Fort Boulevard Segments 2 & 3 in Round Rock, Texas.
Memorandum of Understanding:
The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
