FM 1103 from I-35 to Rodeo Way

The Texas Department of Transportation is proposing improvements to FM 1103 from I-35 to Rodeo Way in Comal and Guadalupe counties, Texas.

The proposed project includes:

• Expanding FM 1103 from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway with a center turn lane.
• Proposed pedestrian accommodations.
• New right-of-way acquisition is anticipated.
