US 77 Upgrade - conditional award
US 77 from Kingsville to Driscoll
On Feb. 28, 2013, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded Austin-Bay JV to enter into a design, construction and capital maintenance agreement on US 77 from E. Corral Avenue in the northern portion of Kingsville in Kleberg County to County Road 12/Farm-to-Market Road 3354 south of the City of Driscoll in Nueces County.
