| Purpose: | The purpose of the Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) meeting is to inform consultants of the upcoming solicitation for Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) services for an SL 368 improvement project from New Braunfels Street to Burr Road in Bexar County, Texas for the San Antonio District. We will also allow time for the consultants to meet teaming prospects. |
