| Purpose | The purpose of this Pre-RFP meeting is to inform the consultant community of the upcoming procurement, planning professional services for the Maritime Division: Port, waterway, and intermodal freight planning and engineering; economic analysis including benefit-cost analyses, return on investment assessments, and economic impact analyses; public involvement and consensus-building/conflict resolution; land surveying; and development of the bi-annual Port Mission Plan and Gulf Intracoastal Waterway Report. There are two indefinite deliverable (ID) contracts that are being solicited by the PEPS Service Center for Divisions. |
