Projects Adding Value by Expanding Diversity
Projects Adding Value by Expanding Diversity (PAVED) is an initiative developed by TxDOT’s Civil Rights Division to increase Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in heavy highway construction projects. PAVED targets specific project opportunities in various areas of the state and focuses events on each of these projects. At these events, DBEs will not only learn about these opportunities, but will also have the opportunity to network with prime contractors.
Learn more about TxDOT’s proposed projects in the 2018 Unified Transportation Plan (UTP).
