Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Support Services (Alliance Program)

TxDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Supportive Service Program (DBE/SS) provides training, assistance, and services to minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned business enterprises to increase their activity in the program and to facilitate the firms’ development into viable, self-sufficient entities capable of competing for, and performing on, federally assisted highway projects.

This program offers supportive services to assist DBE-certified companies in areas including:

  • Technical assistance
  • Construction and business development management
  • Classroom and workshop education courses
  • Financial guidance
  • Networking and industry events
  • Project-matching assistance
