On Nov. 30, 2021, the Texas Transportation Commission, by Minute Order 116157, approved the determination that the proposal submitted by South-Point Constructors provides the apparent best value to TxDOT.

Executed Agreement

On Feb. 24, 2022, TxDOT officials executed a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) with South-Point Constructors for the design, construction, and capital maintenance of the Southeast Connector Project. This serves as notice of Final Award of the DBC and CMC for the Southeast Connector Project and is hereby posted on the project webpage on March 14, 2022.
