Terms, Conditions and Responsibilities

- agree to submit monthly Performance Reports and Requests for Reimbursement;
- your agency agrees to the Terms and Conditions, Responsibilities of the Department, and Responsibilities of the Subgrantee;
- that you have read the Request For Proposal, and
- certify that your agency has or will develop Operating Policies and Procedures.

The above provisions become applicable once a grant is executed with TxDOT. Therefore, it is highly advised that you read and understand the contents contained in each document.
