Other Miscellaneous (700)

The Other Miscellaneous (700) category is a catch-all for expense types that don't fit under any of the other expense categories.

• Name - select one of the 3 expense types from the drop-down menu
• Description - be specific regarding the expense type, list one Other Misc expense type per page
  Example:
  • PI&E Educational Items(brochures, flyers, posters, coloring books)
  • Other(conf. registration fees, Internet services, rent, etc.)
• Unit Price - enter the proposed unit price per item
• Quantity - enter estimated total number of items

Example:
Name - Other
Description - Conference registration fee
Unit Price - $250
Quantity - 1
Purpose/Details - Annual Texas Traffic Safety Conference

Remember to Save your work - Every 15 minutes eGrants times out, whether you're typing or not.

To include additional expenses items under the Other Misc (700) category, select the Add button to create & save another page.

Once you create & save multiple pages, a drop-down field appears at the upper right corner of your screen. Click on any of your expense item types listed to view the details.
