| SP007-789 | RTF | Legal Relations and Responsibilities - Revises Article 7.15. Electrical Requirements, Section A. Definitions, Section 3. Certified Person to extend the expiration date to June 1, 2011 for the TEEX and TRF electrical certifications. This special provision is optional beginning with the March 2011 letting and should be used in lieu of SP 007-806 to provide for specialty contracts to remove and abate asbestos.
