How V21 Works

You are probably more interested in what Vision 21 (V21) will do than how it will do it.

Still, our integrated approach is key to ensuring the new system meets your registration and titling needs today and tomorrow. Each service or group of related services that V21 provides, such as electronic titles for lien holders, is built as a stand-alone module. Each module plugs into the system’s core.

Separate Pieces Working Together

Because each module is independent, several modules can be built simultaneously and maintained or upgraded individually without interfering with the system’s other functions.

Think of your TV, stereo and DVD player as modules. Each is an electronic component with a different function, but they all work together.

You may have bought the TV first, then added the other components over time to enhance your entertainment experience. Recently, you decided to upgrade your standard DVD player for the new high-definition model.

This is how the V21 modules work. We start off with separate pieces, link them together and continue to add more. And we can always upgrade an existing module without having to replace any of the system’s other components.
