PURPOSE
To introduce the "Registered
Texan"™ decal.
DETAILS
In our continuing effort to
raise customer awareness of
Texas registration requirements
and foster customer pride in
supporting this program, we are
enclosing the latest "Put Texas
in your corner"™ promotional
campaign item, the "Registered
Texan"™ decal. The decals are
intended for vehicle owners with
current registration. We will be
sending you a quantity of the
decals which you can distribute
as you deem appropriate.
We are considering other
means of distribution to provide
vehicle owners with additional
outlets to pick up a decal.
These include your making the
decals available through local
grocery stores serving as
subcontractors, radio station
promotions, local auto dealers,
and any other locations where it
would be easy to check the
vehicle registration status.
We have previously sent
examples of campaign materials
as well as an order form for
your convenience in requesting
brochures, brochure holders,
posters, bumper stickers and
other materials for use in your
office, subcontractor locations
and other high-visibility areas
in your county. We are also
enclosing an order form for the
"Registered Texan"™ decals with
this letter. We value your input
and your participation in this
effort to educate and inform our
fellow Texans about vehicle
registration.
