information is provided to apprise the general public of issues affecting the
state’s vehicle titling and registration process.
PURPOSE
To provide you information regarding the new Pennsylvania
Certificate of Title.
DETAILS
Attached is a copy of a sample of the new certificate of title
from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Motor Vehicles and an
explanation of the format changes. The new certificate of title
has an edition date of 10-05. All previous versions of
Pennsylvania titles will continue to be acceptable.

$250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they
