The Texas Transportation Commission approved the tolling agreement with the North
Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) to complete SH 121 - 26 mile project which will improve
mobility in the rapidly developing portions of Collin, Dallas and Denton
counties. The agreement was executed on Oct.18, 2007.
The tolling agreement with NTTA replaces a contract with Cintra for SH 121.
