MTP will authorize and arrange
transportation for a categorically eligible Medicaid recipient to access covered
health-care services (including dental services, for recipients under 21 years
of age) if:
- the recipient has a current Medicaid ID card or Medicaid Verification
Letter and
- no other transportation is available.
