Occupational Safety Division

Our Occupational Safety Division is responsible for TxDOT's employee safety program, the resolution of tort claims against TxDOT, workers' compensation, pre-employment physicals and medical aspects of substance abuse testing.

Workers’ Compensation eBilling Service

TxDOT is adding electronic billing for medical providers who supply workers’ compensation services to injured TxDOT employees. Providers who choose to participate are required to:

• Review the applicable implementation guide
• Complete the eBill Trading Partner Application and Profile
• Successfully participate in a transmission test
• Execute an eBill Trading Partner Agreement
