Our Motor Vehicle Division regulates the vehicle industry in Texas,
which includes licensing and investigating complaints against dealers, lessors,
lease facilitators, manufacturers, distributors and converters. The division also
administers the Texas Lemon Law, which helps consumers who buy or lease defective motor vehicles.
