In the hopes of reducing the number of complaints received and avoiding the
unintentional violations that occur regularly, we have developed free training
seminars for dealers to educate the licensee body about the rules and
regulations that govern their business.
Each day-long seminar includes topics
on the laws of advertising, selling and financing motor vehicles. If you are
involved with the laws that govern the motor vehicle industry, you are
encouraged to attend.

Seminar locations change each year, and the current schedule is listed below.
Flyers are sent to all dealers in respective locations. If you do not receive a
flyer, you are still welcome to attend. Please make reservations as soon as
possible, as seats often fill up fast.
