If you are a consumer with a complaint about a dealer’s sales practices, we
can help you resolve your issue. Just follow the steps below.
- Download and print a
consumer complaint form [pdf,
2 pages, 172kb].
- Read the form completely and answer all questions.
- Attach a copy of the sales contract and other documents you may have received from the dealer.
- Sign and date the form, and mail it to the address on the form.
- Allow three to five weeks for processing.
If your complaint is about a defective vehicle, you may be able to
receive assistance through the Texas Lemon Law.
