Notification Requirements for Contacting Utility Companies
– It is the responsibility of the permit holder to contact utility companies,
telephone companies, television cable companies, or other entities when it
is necessary to raise or lower an overhead wire, traffic signal, street
light, cable, sign, or other overhead obstruction. The permit holder is
responsible for providing the advance notice and coordination required by
