As required by
Government Code section 2054.126, all state agencies must provide a report of
expenditures by county on the agency’s Web site. In order to satisfy this
requirement, TxDOT has included below a link to the Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts’ Web site, which contains the most current State Expenditures by County
Report, as well as past years’ reports. These reports are prepared by the Texas
Comptroller of Public Accounts to satisfy the reporting requirement. Please

regarding the expenditures report.
Note: The Texas State
Comptroller’s expenditure data for highway construction and maintenance only
includes contractor payments and right of way costs. Engineering,
administrative and other miscellaneous costs related to highway construction
and maintenance are reported under other categories, such as labor costs,
operating expenses and miscellaneous expenditures.
