Services for providing Storm Water
Services/Documentation: TxDot's Environmental Affairs Division (ENV)
anticipates issuing a RFP soliciting proposals for between one (1) and
three (3) indefinite deliverable, scientific services contracts for the
production of environmental documentation to include storm water
services to fulfill TxDOT's obligations under the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act (Clean Water Act) 33 U.S.C. 1251 - 1387, the
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) 33 U.S.C. 1342,
and the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) 30 T.A.C.
Chapter 205 and other statutes and regulations related to compliance
with federal and state environmental standards. These contracts will be
issued pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 223,
Subchapter D, and 43 TAC 9.80-9.88. Services to be provided include
producing environmental documentation, and performing environmental
services required for transportation activities. It is anticipated that
the RFP will be posted on this web site in Fall 2008. Potential
providers may receive a copy of the RFP by submitting a letter of
interest (LOI) to ENV or by downloading from this web site after
the RFP is posted. RFPs will not be mailed prior to posting to this web
site. |

Services for Producing Environmental Documentation: TxDOT’s
Environmental Affairs Division (ENV) anticipates issuing a RFP
soliciting proposals for five (5) indefinite deliverable, scientific
services contracts for the production of environmental documentation to
include categorical exclusions and environmental assessments. These
contracts will be issued pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code,
Chapter 223, Subchapter D, and 43 TAC 9.80-9.88. Services to be provided
include producing environmental documentation, performing environmental
services and training required for transportation activities under 23
CFR 771, 43 TAC 2.40-2.50 and other statutes and regulations related to
compliance with federal and state environmental standards. It is
anticipated that the RFP will be posted on this web site in Spring 2008.

of interest (LOI) to ENV or by downloading from this web site after the
