Individuals and companies wishing to provide scientific services to TxDOT
should request copies of requests for proposals (RFPs) by submitting a letter of
interest (LOI).
An LOI is a simple statement indicating interest in our RFPs.
You can also obtain RFPs by attending
a pre-proposal conference (if one is held) or downloading them from the table
below.
