In order to receive a user ID to log in to this system, you must complete the following:

• Request for External Access to TxDOT Information Systems, Form 1980 [Word, 1 page, 111kb]
• Information Security Compliance Agreement, Form 1828b [pdf, 6 pages, 116kb]
