Online BPS was designed to allow you to view and/or request bid proposals.
If you are using the Online BPS for the first time, you will need to
obtain a user id to access the system. If you have
already obtained a user id, proceed to the
proposal
request page.
Please note:
There may be times when the Online BPS is unavailable due to maintenance.
Please be patient. Leaving the Online BPS idle for 30 minutes will "time-out"
