The Technical Assistance Program (TAP) offers training and technical
assistance to small businesses in a variety of business-related areas such as:
construction methods, bidding, estimating, maintenance, professional services,
financial/business management, bonding, computer, and other topics. TxDOT
contracts with several companies to provide these services throughout the state.
