| Purpose: | This is the initial meeting of the State
Infrastructure Bank Rulemaking Advisory Committee to discuss issues
to be addressed by proposed rule changes for the State
Infrastructure Bank to accommodate the appropriation of Proposition
12 General Obligation Bond proceeds to the Bank by House Bill 1
adopted by the First Called Session of the 81st Legislature.
Discussion will be limited to committee members and designated
department personnel. |
