Where:	North Richland Hills Public Library 9015 Grand Avenue North Richland Hills, TX	When:	Tuesday, December 8, 2009 6 p.m.
Purpose:	A public meeting to review information on the project plans that will widen the five-lane road to seven lanes.
Description:	Proposed improvements include: Widening Rufe Snow Drive to seven lanes from Mid-Cities Boulevard to Ridgetop Road. Pavement improvements and the installation of sidewalks.
