| Purpose: | Comments will be received on the proposed formation
of the Presidio County Regional Mobility Authority (Presidio County
RMA) by Presidio County. |

| Description: |
The proposed Presidio County RMA would
encompass the boundary of the county, and would be governed by a
board of up to five directors. Four of the board members would
be appointed by the County Commissioners Court. In addition to
the board members appointed by the County, the presiding officer
of the board will be appointed by the Governor. |
