The proposed project improvements include the widening of West
Loop 289, from FM 2255 (Frankford Avenue) to 34th Street, from a
four-lane divided facility to a six-lanes freeway facility,
rebuilding the 19th Street interchange and reversing the West
Loop 289 southbound ramps. |
